Sick sick sick.

Worked yesterday, despite being sick. My mum was like kept telling me not to go work. But if I dun work opening, then manager will be damn unhappy with me de. However, I still tried to call J to ask if I can dun go work mah. She never pick up the phone. So I still went for work. I was late (purposedly) for half an hour. Manager R and CS were already there. I was so surprised that they were quite early. Then R told me from 2 days back, all morning shifts will start from 9am. Nobody told me. So not my problem also. Woa sian... my standard shift is 1oam to 6pm lehs. 9am is like so early. Wanna give us easy money to slack is it? We dun need one and a half hours to do opening stuff lor.

Anway, I told R that I'm sick and requested to go home early. So continued to work lahs. Then yesterday wasn't very busy also. So I sort of slacked a lot. I dun remember wearing my apron for at least an hour also.

I almost wanted to faint lahs. I had to go to the bank and I never remembered the shortest route there. So I was like walking here and there to find the bank. I knew where the bank was. It's just that I always walk extra miles. Anyway, the queue was so long. Then the bank dun have coins to exchange. So I went to POSB. They can only exchange on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I went to NTUC. Finally, they have it. I was already 50% melted can. Then I went to buy my lunch and went back shop. Then A told me she wanted bubble tea. So I went down to buy again. Then when I came back, CS told me he wanted also.

Those people are always like that...

Why you never tell me you buying bubble tea?

Halo, what's your problem? Did I say I'll scold you if you ask me to buy bubble tea? If you want it, just tell me beforehand. Dun always make me go so many rounds. I know I like to go for walks, but not when I'm sick!

Then that CS fellow had the face to ask me buy for him again.

You wait till I finish my lunch can.

But he's lucky, I had to buy sugar anyway.

Then stayed in the backroom for quite some time. Did some stuffs and went off at 4pm plus...

Party World

Was supposed to go AMK KBox. But WanQi and I suggested Safra Party World. I mean, it's just opposite my block. The best part was that we all wore very casually, especially me.

Party World should update their website lor. It says on the website that it opens at 11am. In the end, it opened only at 3pm. So we spent around 1 hour walking around Safra, etc.

Xmas Party

Met Vanessa and Cordelia to shop at Bugis yesterday. Then went to Seafood Harvest for lunch. It's just another restaurant by Jack's Place lahs. We wanted to order the student meal. So we had to shop around Bugis Junction for like 1h bahs.

Then had the Christmas gift exchange after the 2 "Big Sisters" came. Haha.

Ginger Breadman

Worked on Christmas. My manager is always late. So from past experience, I decided to reach there only at 10am. And guess what? He was still late. And I'm still so early.

What I see everytime when I'm working at 10am...

Shop not opened yet...

So I walked around B1. Like what is there to see except seeing people eating breakfast and queuing up in NTUC? So I went back to shop again. No one's there still. So I went to the outdoors of shop to seat down. That's like my top 2nd "favourite" waiting place can. Then suddenly I saw someone wearing the same as me. So Ros and I chatted. Then saw Afiqah later. So we 3 were slacking all the way. And I kept on criticising the HD log cakes. Pineapples and peach on log cakes. What the...

We got our 1h of double pay doing... NOTHING. Easy money.

I was doing kitchen at first, then went down to do floor when it's getting busy. Then when I stood at host there, that N told me to do host. Like what... you dunno how to do things and you are asking your senior to stand there. Well, I stood there. But I couldn't take it anymore. Plates and glasses not cleared. Cloth always never take along when clearing tables. Do setting also so slow. Tsk.

Then it's all work lahs. No time for play. Then Ros gave us each a Ginger breadman. So cute.

I took an exceptionally small bite in the head to prepare myself of the ginger taste. And it's really made of ginger.

You know what, I was still telling auntie in the shop that no Ginger breadman had appeared in my house before. Now I know the reason. My mum knows I dun eat ginger. So buy for what...

Conclusion for this Xmas: Ginger breadman is banned forever and ever.

ZaiZai's Autograph Session!

Finally finally finally. After supporting him for the past 6-7 years, I'd FINALLY met him in person! He's really so handsome, cool, friendly and anything that's good. I did not support him in vain...

We were actually waiting for the shuttle bus to IMM at the correct place. But we didn't know it was correct, until the taxi uncle told us. Ya... so we cabbed to IMM coz we waited a long time le. The taxi meter was jumping so fast. Isn't that called "fast money"?!

Anyway, April and I went straight to Garden Plaza @ Level 3 to take a look at the autograph venue. There wasn't a lot of people at that time yet, coz we reached almost 2 hours before. And for goodness sake, the wait was so long. But we all got high once we saw ZaiZai.
