Spring cleaning yo...

Reached shop at 8am yesterday. Did some spring cleaning before ZJ came to help. It was so hot can, coz the air-con is will only be on at 9am plus. How I wished to put myself into those freezers. Anyway, I washed, wiped and cleared everything and anything that I could see. All those tiny gaps weren't left out either.

I was so tired the whole day coz it's been such a long time since I've woken up at 6 a.m. In fact, everyone who worked today was so tired lahs. Some is because they worked at F1. And they took pictures! Maybe I'll get from them and post it up. My manager even saw an accident happening right in front of him. OMG.

I was so tired that I slept for 5 hours straight after my dinner. I was actually lying on my bed to wait for my show to start in 10 mins time. And it was after so long that I opened my eyes again. But I was just in time to watch 模范棒棒堂 lahs.

Went to IMM to shop and celebrate my mum's bdae (which is tomorrow) dinner. It's been a long time since the four of us went shopping together, especially so when my bro is now serving NS.

Today is different.
I came home happily.
Looking forward to monday. (:

Stop and think

I walked on the streets and wondered if some people are just that fake.
I was totally bothered by it the whole day.
Others cried.
I wish I could.
In front of so many others.
But that's not what I'll do, though it's the fastest way to show your unhappiness.
I wasn't even in the mood to catch the Yishun train.
Listening to my mp3 doesn't help either.
I'd only call that good noise pollution, if there's such a thing.
My only smile came from a dog.
Yet the dog did nothing to make me smile.
Perhaps, communication is the factor.
A dog won't talk to me.
And for some people, the more you talk, the faker I think you are.

Stay away from me, tomorrow and the day after.
How I wish to stay at home and sort out my feelings.
Perhaps I've been watching too little TV.
That's why I feel so not alright.

Who does she think she is?!

Today's work was so unlike work. Everyone was unhappy, or in fact, angry. All because of one person and the rest of us gonna suffer for the next one month or so. She does everything her own way at other peoples' place. And she got ATTITUDE. Me and my other colleague were so pissed off can. It's only less than an hour working with her and we can feel the arrogance and attitude in her. My manager then had a talk with her and she said that's how she talk to boss.

HELLO~ I'M NOT YOUR BOSS so you dun have to use "your-so-called-talk-to-boss" tone. I'll fire her if I'm her boss. Immediately, I tell you.

So unlucky huh. It's the only week that I'll be working on every weekday and this has to happen. I can't imagine what will happen for the next few days. I've to see her everyday can.

My assistant manager said she has never seen me angry before.

You gonna see me attitude her in future.

Intending to slack in future. 我才不管她的死活。

Oh ya, the dishwasher technician came to do something. Not very sure what he's supposed to do actually. But ya, he flooded the floor. So I had to clear up the mess coz she only know how to stand there and stare into air.

My Mooncake Festival starts after it ended

Worked today. Mum came to find me, but she didn't want any ice-cream. Manager bought 8 bottles of herbal tea. We were forced to finish it. He said it's for our own good. But herbal tea that tastes sweet is weird. Time passed real fast today and 8 hours later, it's home sweet home!

Brought home 10 mooncakes after work. I only start to eat mooncakes when it is way past the festival. But then again, ice-cream is for any day and any time.

Yesterday, my manager asked if I want to work for our HD booth in F1. I rejected. If I go there, I sure melt faster than the ice-creams.

I guess it's the experience huh... but then again, I dun want F1 cars to race past me with all those petrol smell. Maybe I haven't even put my hand into the dipping cabinet then the car fly past me already. LOL.

He still can't find a volunteer. Haha. Anyway, I told him to show me those photos that he will be taking there. And the F1 pass!

The Noose is back!

Watched The Noose yesterday night. First episode was on 9 Sept and I missed it. Damn. If you've never watched it before, then start now next Tuesday. This is the second season and it is still as entertaining as ever.

Every Tuesday, 10pm, on Channel 5.

The key character for yesterday's episode gotta belong to the weatherman - Tan Ter Teo. He is so funny. He said the weather for Singapore for the next 300 years will be "hot, humid". So they can just play this video for the next 300 years as it'll be the same. We dun expect snow right... And he added dialects in his weather forecast reporting. He got that getai feel too.

Worked yesterday. There wasn't a lot of customers, yet I was busy with roasting almond flakes, date code, partial ice-cream, etc. But that made time passed fast.

Met up with April after work to watch a movie. It was a sudden decision so we didn't bring any jackets. I was freezing cold can.

As a faithful fan of F4 and Meteor Garden, I definitely wouldn't miss any similar productions, be it in Japanese or Korean. This movie is so nice can. There were so many unexpected parts in the movie.

They called it a 'Final'. But can they have a sequel to show their life with a child? I'd love to see how Domyoji teaches his child with his broken language. LOL.

Domyoji feared no one and nothing, except if Makino was to stop loving him...

Friday is busy

Worked yesterday. It was the first Friday that I worked after so many months. Still ok lah. Just dun like. I prefer weekdays. Haha.

When I repeat order, then you listen carefully can. Dun ya ya ya then see so big figure then you not happy.

Saw Joanne yesterday again. She never fails to see me each time she comes shop.

Graduate liao...

Attended my bro's BMTC graduation parade on Wednesday, at Pulau Tekong. I remembered saying that I dun want to go there anymore. But I was there again after 3 months. The whole thing was lasted only around an hour, but we spent a lot more time on the journey to and fro. Waited a lot too. But at least there was shelter. Hehheh.

On the ferry. This trip wasn't as good as the previous one, coz the ferry was swaying and swaying... So I took a lil nap.

We got very good seats. Ours is the only (small) area with those seats that you can lean on. The rest were just cement rows. We had center view too.


I got a shock when they started running towards us, coz apparently, the footsteps were very loud.

Parents had to go back to their seats while their sons go off to collect their bags. Woa, the bag is so damn heavy can. I tried carrying my bro's. It was so HEAVY. And to think they can carry it so easily.

Busy Busy

Worked today. Chatted with Jolene over the phone while scooping fondue balls. My hands were numb after I hung up. It's good to hear from her again. How nice it was to work opening with her.

Then it was work again. I still can't understand why it's so busy on Monday mornings. So many moon cakes, pints and quarts to pack... And I scooped till I had blue-black on my arms. The ice-cream were all so hard!

Met so many friends while work today - Thida, Joanne and Michelle. Of course, I went to look for April on her first day of work. Too bad that I dun eat what you sell lehs... so can't patronize you. Haha.

4 more days to next working day. This week's schedule is so slack.

3-in-1: Meeting, Movie 'n Autographing

Woke up at 6am today. It's been a long time since I've woken up before the sun was up. Headed to shop for staff meeting at 8am. The condition of shop this morning was not good lahs. The dipping cabinet was leaking and the power supply triggered so many times that we even lost count of it. And as usual, there isn't aircon when it's too early. The juniors were very auto also. They just sat down and didn't bother to mop the floor. Many were late. So we started late. But it's a short one in the first place. Manager was so generous to treat the 15 of us to breakfast. He told the guys to buy it. And they came back with a large box. Oh my, there were 15 sets of Filet-O-Fish inside. Actually, they were supposed to buy breakfast from S-11 lah... like my prawn beehoon soup.

$70 plus of McDonald's breakfast.

So the meeting ended early and I waited in shop for April to come. Shopped around before buying movie tickets.

This movie is just good enough to let me spend 95 mins more meaningfully.

Didn't actually thought of going to Derrick 何维健's autograph session at all. It was all a last minute decision to go. But I didn't buy his album though. April did. :)
