Tired

Alright, I've been working for the past 3 days. So tiring to wake up so early. But my next working day is next Friday. That means I have 11 days to sleep all I can, before I start my full and shift attachments (with no more breaks in between) real soon. Oh, and it means waking up early everyday. Sick.

Who says the economy is down? So many people come and eat ice-cream lor, especially on Monday and Tuesday. Where are those Monday blues?!

Magical Fairytale Land

Arrived for work early yesterday, but my manager was late. So I had a lot of time in between and decided to go to the Magical Fairytale Land that is just outside our shop. I feel so out of place.

To friends who think it seems unusual that I'd actually go to Magical FAIRYTALE Land... you are right. I went there coz I wanna look at ENERGY's Book Autograph Session stage.

It's a pity XiaoGang's face is blocked.

I didn't go to their autograph session though, coz I have their autograph already. Started chatting with manager C about how I used to look outside at the autograph sessions when customer was waving in front of me.

I'm so gonna ask my colleagues to describe whatever they saw.

Family Day

Woke up at 5.30am on last Saturday to attend my bro's Family Day at his camp. We sat there for a very long time before the commencement of the grand opening.

See, even those tanks were all ready to start anytime.

The thing started with a whole series of shots from the tanks. They were so loud. I was alright with that, but not when the unbearable smell started drifting in the air. I was just directly in front of the shooting tanks, with only bushes between us. The distance is very huge though. Anyway, I really felt as though they were shooting me.

Bronco. This is what my bro drove. So cool lah. I videoed him driving it. He said it's very good, coz I filmed it as though it was a documentary. Haha.

We can actually go inside the tanks and broncos to experience how it feels when it is moving and what is inside. But we gave it a miss, coz we need to wear helmets, which I presumed that it stinks. But when I peeped inside, I realized the helmet is quite necessary, coz there are so many things on every side of the vehicle. You might knock your even when getting in.

Snacks are provided too. And it's so squeezy can. Everyone is so gan jiong. I just want to take 1 fork and I've to wait forever. Luckily someone from the side wanted to put a packet of forks there. So I quickly asked for one and siam-ed.

It's been a long time since the last day I was online for almost a whole day when I wasn't working, coz I'm busily engrossed in MG. I can't stay still in front of a computer now.

Worked consecutively on Sunday and Monday, when I was already half drained out due to the Family Day on Saturday. I so wanna sleep.

Oh, and there was this super entertaining customer yesterday.

Customer: Can I try the flavours?
Manager: Ya, but we dun have DCO.
C: Ok, but can I try the flavours?
M: But we dun have.
C: Ok, I just want to try.
M: But we dun have.

She dunno what is dun have.

Then while she was trying VCB...

Yucks, so ugly.

OMG! Jovin and I were laughing can. She said ice-cream is ugly when she's tasting it. And hello... since when is VCB ugly?! It's the best can.

XiaoBai has more friends!

I was so excited when I heard PeiYi saying that her 2 guinea pigs bore a baby piggy. So I went to her house on Friday to take a look. They are so CUTE!

It's so troublesome to bring XiaoBai out. I remembered it always rains whenever I bring her out. I had to put her in a cage that is too small for her, before putting the whole cage into a mooncake paper bag.


She's still as kaypoh as ever. I think she's eager to go inside the cage to meet her new friends.

Put the 3 piggies back into their cage after playing with them for quite long. They went straight to hide underneath the board. Only the brave GongGong came out once in a while to walk walk.


XiaoBai also wants to patrol around her friends' cage. I think more like claiming territory lor.

And not to forget... the 20 plus hamsters.

The 2 mum and dad hamsters that gave birth to so many more. They are very fierce can. I only wanna pet their head but I saw their mouth preparing to bite. I'm too agile for them, coz I'm already well trained by my 4 generations of HamHams.

The mummy gave birth recently again. This is my first time seeing baby hamsters (eyes closed and without fur) so closely.

It suddenly brings me back to the days where I used to watch my drama VCDs on a TV, instead of youtube-ing. Oh, and how my mum used to wake up at 3am to find me still so engrossed in the drama.

This holiday came just right.

And I dun understand why some people say japanese version is nicer. We must be living in different worlds. Mine is the correct world.

Legendary Cockroach

Worked yesterday. It was a so-not-busy Friday. I like it. So as usual, I started my cleaning and clearing.

And and and, I GOT SCARED BY A STUPID COCKROACH FOR NOTHING CAN!

I finally met up with the legendary storeroom cockroach. Surprising encounter can. I went down to the storeroom to get some cloths. So I thought I'll look slowly for other things that I can bring up to shop. Dun make it a wasted trip by just taking a few cloths mah. End up having such a fruitful trip lor...

I could have siam-ed long long time ago, even before I saw a dead one on the floor when I was on the LADDER. OMG, can't imagine what if it's a live one and I decided not to climb down and stay on the ladder till someone come and save me. Or even worse, I fell down and squashed the cockroach flat flat. Disgusting can.

But I think staying on the ladder is definitely better than how I met the live one. The box was opened. So I pulled out the cloths not very slowly. So the cloths sort of flung out. And that's when something black flunged out too!

Actually, I didn't notice anything. But then 1 second later, I realised that I seemed to see something BLACK flying past my shoulders. So at the 2nd second, I looked down on the floor and saw it creeping away.

I swear I started swearing, especially when later I realized there are still cloths in da shop.

I quickly flung those cloths that I took out to make sure I dun bring back any cockroaches with me. Then I quickly grabbed my things and siam-ed.

After the sickening encounter with the cockroach, I felt hungry. I suddenly had the cravings for prawn beehoon soup. It's like cravings once in a while only lor. Then A told me she will get lost there. So I settled for others. :x

I cut brownies for "chee-ba-bomb". I surely cut my hands everytime I cut those brownies. Very neat hor~ And very delicious too! Best brownie...

It's been a long time since I've worked till 6pm. Where's my 10-6?!

My dad said his colleague's dog jumped down from the 8th floor, coz it was frightened due to some rain or thunder. My dad said is 狗急跳墙. Poor doggy is now in ICU...

I've never seen the dog. I dun even know what colour is it. But I'm now so sad. :(

Let us all pray for the dog. Hope it can continue living.

"Bad Hands" Day

Worked yesterday. I was washing and clearing everything that I could see. Then my manager kept saying, "Woa... you using your hands for playing piano to wash all these things ar?"

I replied...

Coz I got a manager who dun want to help me wash mah. Or you want to help me?

Dunno what got into us. Must be a bad hands day. I steamed milk until it overflowed. I've to turn clockwise direction to stop it, but all I did was to keep turning anti-clockwise. When I suddenly realised it, it was too late. Then later J spilled espresso, after the floor was already mopped. Haha. It's really good to have 2 kitchen staffs working, if not will be very bored lor...

I wanted to drink iced latte. So I forced asked them if they want too. I made them mocha. Need to have a lot a lot of chocolate sauce then it will be sweet lor. Dunno why can only put so little. :x

Blood Donation Drive

Reached school at 8.30am for the NYP Blood Donation Drive 2008. I didn't donate blood though, only volunteered to help out. Cordelia went too. :)

We got assigned the refreshments area. Quite good. No need to walk about. Only thing is those food and drinks will make you hungry.

We arranged the food and drinks as though we were selling them. We were very generous ok. We told them to take whatever they like. Everything single thing also can... provided they still have the energy to carry. :p


Other than asking them to eat, drink and rest, our another job was to give them their certificate - "No Chicken Award". The meaning is actually very deep. Understand means understand.

Role Play

Project presentation yesterday. Call it the first one or the last third one for the classical TEP. There was supposed to be a makeup lesson in the first hour, while our role play was in the third hour. Lesson was cancelled yet we weren't informed. Sick lah.

Anyway, our role play was about HD. All props and whatsoever are readily available, except for... ICE-CREAM. So we made our own. Haha.
