CNY 2009

New Year this year was not too bad. 初一 was just about going relatives' house to 拜年. I was at my another grandma's house on 初二 for a few hours and then I went to Changi Airport with my aunts...

Had dinner at Swensen's. These were what we ordered...

Shopped at T3 after that. Not a lot of shops leh. But anyway, I realized that my relatives all ask me the same questions.

BSC attachment is coming to an end soon. Some of us dun really want to leave, coz we've already learnt the ropes and met nice friends. It's so different from the first few weeks where we were all so stressed up can. Next stopover is at MSC. It'll be another mini BSC team.

The rehearsal was "... ... ..." Waiting time down the stage is longer than the time spent on the stage. Even if we went on stage, it doesn't mean that we can start. I waited until I took a short nap. Great.

Okay, I was a bit guilty for not giving XiaoBai any presents for her birthday. So I thought I might as well give her an angbao to remind her of this festive period. Haha.

HSA Field Trip

Went to Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for our BSC Field Trip on Wednesday. It was really an experience, except that I still didn't donate blood. Haa. Maybe I'll do so one fine day, since a unit of blood can save 3 lives.

I'd have hated this field trip if not for some of our team mates, coz they wanted to donate blood. And it's not good (coz the HSA people said donor's health is their priority) to dance after that, coz blood takes around 72 hours to replenish fully. We dun want any fainting.

SO WE CAN GO HOME DIRECTLY AFTER HSA, instead of going back to school for 2 hours of practice. Best! But the bus journey home was extremely long. I dozed off quite a few times. Hehe.

I'm starting to hate the Variety Show EVEN MORE. It just kept ruining my plans and making me staying longer in school. Sick.

SIA Cabin Crew Career Talk

The whole HumanLink team spent a lot of time and effort to organize and prepare for the SIA Cabin Crew Career Talk 2009, which was held on 14 Jan. The numbers weren't very satisfying, but yeah, it was a great event!
